He also explained to me advantages of using the materials and following the step-by-step re-roofing process.The inspector, Allen Finnell, was courteous and reassuring, had absolute confidence that the workers are doing the re-roofing properly. The cost was reasonable, especially considering that Red River has a Master Elite status... even cheaper than those who just knock on our door.

Jimmy Nix, a residential roof consultant, impressed me. He was the only one of six companies that inspected my attic, measured roof, took photos of my roof and had a very professional presentation with brochures, etc. I am happy with the work and the cleanup performed by the working crew. Just a little difficulty with language with the workers except for one who was periodically available and would come see me when called.

The roof looks really good and I also had wind turbines installed to help with the attic heat and moisture.

My calls were returned promptly and there was a quick response each time I called.

I never go with the cheapest bid as I have had many bad experiences in the past doing that. I wanted a good professional job with a local company that had been in business for a long time.

Our initial decision to use your company was because of your Residential Roof Consultant Brad McLaughlin. There was a lot of garbage going on in our neighborhood with other roofing companies. Bras was very professional, explained things and most importantly did not demand to see our insurance paperwork or make us sign our life away. He gave us a price and put the roof on for that price. No games – what a great concept that the other roofing companies need to learn!

Then we met our Project Manager, Brett Lilly, a first class and professional person. He took the time to explain things and was always very positive and had such a great attitude.
