Dear Red River Roofing,
It is rare when we are treated above and beyond our expectations. I recently had a roof replaced by Red River Roofing. I had heard about them from my neighbor across the street, and also from some clients who I have known both professionally and personally for 20 years. Brad McLaughlin was my initial contact. He was highly professional and informative, taking me through the process and detailing the steps that would be taken, and what I could expect from Red River. Actually, he had me at "Hello", as I had already made up my mind who I wanted to do business with. Then, Larry Boag called, and we set up a date to begin work, and he explained what I could expect from his responsibility. Work was completed in two and a half days, and we couldn't be happier with our new roof and the work that was done, as well as the clean up which was extensive. I came by today to finalize the transaction, and to my pleasant surprise the receptionist called me by name as I entered, unannounced. That really is great customer relations! She needs a plaque that reads "Director of First Impressions!"
We believe in our business that "We have less to fear from outside competition than inside discourtesy and poor service." Thank you for exceeding my expectations and the fine, quality work that was performed. If I can refer some of our customers that have roof problems to you, I won't hesitate.

To Whom It May Concern,
Recently I had a new roof installed on my home. I chose Red River Roofing & Construction, Inc. for the job.
After a hailstorm went through our area, the salesman inspected our roof and felt there was sufficient damage from the storm and previous damage from wind to have an insurance adjuster look at it. The adjuster agreed and "totaled" our roof. The salesman worked up proposals using different types of roofing products. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We expressed a concern to him about getting the job done by a certain time because of the arrival of out-of-town guests. The job was completed on time.
The Project Manager was onsite for the entire job. I liked the way the job site was run. There was no loud radio music playing like you have at some construction sites. One thing I was particularly impressed with was at the end of the first day, the trash was totally picked up and the trash hauler was moved away from the house. We were able to park our cars in the garage and driveway and had no fear of running over any nails.
Everything was handled in a professional manner from the initial inspection to the completion of the job. I would recommend Red River Roofing to anyone considering a new roof.
